The Blade, Reading
PMBH has recently completed the development of The Blade, a 110,000 sq ft, 128 metre high office tower in the centre of Reading. PMBH gained planning consent for a five fold increase in area over the existing accommodation, then forward-funded the development with Aviva, selling the site to them and carrying out the development over a Development Agreement.
