In 2009, PMBH purchased in a joint venture with a major UK Education Charity, a prime 350,000 sq ft distribution warehouse let to Morrisons for a further 14.5 years in a prime location on Junction 15a of the M1 in Northampton, in the heart of the UK’s distribution “golden triangle”
